Great post. I think you misquoted Dré slightly. His quote was &quot;80% of the work needs to be done within the first 20% of the timeline.&quot; His reasoning behind this was to have that extra time to perfect, tweak and make the project / campaign / whatever you&#039;re working on sparkle like a gem. I 100% agree with this approach, and will always think of Dré whenever I make up fake deadlines for my teams from now on. :)
