Cool interview. I am really looking forward to part 2, since that has the content that really interests me.
i don’t know if its too late to ask, but one question I would be a little curious to find an answer to is, ‘how are DJs responding to mash up artists like ‘girl talk’?’
Are DJ’s now feeling competition to throw more sounds together at a faster rate? are they more open to being experimental? doing more prep work at home rather than mixing on the fly during the show, etc.
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy that you guys are my friends;) So talented, beautiful and smart..
This is AWESOME and I look forward to seeing A LOT more:)
Keep it up guys!

Great interview Ad Girl and Tech Nerd. I like how you’re using all avenues of social media to reach out to your readers and that you’re interviewing local personalities. Looking forward to part two of the interview and the next installment of “Through the Eyes of….”

No funny business on my end. This was very well done and seamlessly edited. It was interesting, I learned and your chemistry looked great. What she said about people marketing themselves was soo true but OF COURSE you already knew that ad girl
Hey guys – I really like how you guys introduced her – from the music to the commentary, and the clips of Lissa. The intro really got me interested and gave me a good glimpse of what she’s all about. I think the location was really suitable as well – so good job guys!
I definitely look forward to Part ll so I can get a fresh perspective on our industry.

Hey Tech Boy good. Interview and good to see what im missing out here in Korea. Anyway the audio needs some filtering there was a bit of unneccessary background noise.
Really glad to see you pushing yoruself. This is a pretty hype blog. Take care bro. See you when i get back.
I’m so impressed with you peeps! It’s so great that you’re exposing Canadian talent and educating us on what else is out there. I’m going to youtube DJ Monet and jam to some tunes!
Keep up the awesome work. You guys make me so proud *tear*
Hey Ad Girl! Great interview! I loved the B roll and background music… The shots were clean and seamless. I would suggest that you maybe banter with your guest a little to give the interview more of a flow. Respond to a couple of Lissa’s answers before you ask the next question so it doesn’t seem rehearsed…I would maybe ask unconventional questions like, where she would purchase her music or her favourite item of clothing she wears when deejaying so people can also see her personality and style….Maybe ask her if she has any limits as to what music she wouldn’t play. You girls did a great job!
hey hey hey !!!
